As a sixth generation Texan and proud resident of Austin, Gregg has worked in real estate for most of his adult life as an investor, developer, investment advisor, and representative. The son of a geophysicist, and real estate developer, Gregg learned early on how to navigate clients through the daunting waters of real estate investment and opportunity. Over the years, Gregg has developed a well-deserved portfolio of accomplished clients in the real estate investment, real estate development, and oil and gas industries. As a result, he has successfully closed real property transactions in six countries, and on four continents.

Sonia is a native Texan, but is also a seasoned veteran of over 12 years in California commercial real estate; both in the Bay Area, and Los Angeles . Her expertise in the area of land acquisition and disposition for her medical clients is well-earned in California, and she has hit the ground running since finally making it back to Texas.

Sonia has excelled in establishing solid long-term relationships with her clients by offering integrity, quality customer service, and tireless effort in pursuit of her clients’ goals.

DANE HOSMER

Dane is relatively new to Texas, but has over a decade of experience in the Miami and South Florida marketplace along with three years in the UK marketplace. He is a proud North Carolina native, and his easy demeanor and honest dealing has paid big benefits in commercial real estate.

Dane is the son of a home builder, and an interior designer, so residential real estate was a natural fit. Throughout his career, he has fostered excellent relationships with some of the nations top multi-family and large residential developers. His energy and devotion to his clients is boundless.
